- Digitize Mail for Your Convenience: Once opened, we will create high-quality scanned copies of your mail and securely send them to you via [email/upload portal/etc.] for your review.
- Securely Dispose of Physical Mail: After ensuring successful delivery of the scanned copy, we will responsibly and securely destroy the physical mail to maintain your confidentiality and reduce clutter.

13.Mail Handling
- Please ensure that all posts and parcels adhere to the specified dimensions for delivery. All items must be collected within 30 days of arrival, unless you have opted for mail forwarding services. In case of mail forwarding, the cost will vary based on the size and the charges from the courier company. Please note that any parcel exceeding the declared size or weight will be returned.
